Registration, Tuition & Recital Fees

Tuition is an annual fee that may be paid in full upon registration. ADA discounts 10% of tuition when paid in full by June 24th. To make our services affordable for families, we offer 10 equal payment installments from August 1st-May 1st. 

Our tuition remains the same regardless of absences, weather, holidays, or if we are forced to close due to a pandemic. In this case, our lessons will be done on Zoom until we are allowed to return. ADA runs tuition payments on the 1st of every month. NO REFUNDS or deductions are given if a child misses for any reason. We will follow St. Tammany public schools holiday schedule. 

Automated Payments 

Payments will be processed on the first of every month. Automated payments will be made from your credit or debit card that you used on your online payment information. Any credit card that is declined will be run through again on the following day. Check Payments

All NSF checks will result in a $25.00 bank fee. If paying with check, please put student(s) name on memo section of check. Please do not give checks to teachers. If no one is in office to take your payment, please leave in box by office window. 

Registration Fee 

Registration fee is $65.00 per student/per school year and is non-refundable. This fee is paid at the time of registration. 

Monthly Tuition 

$70.00 – 1st class 
$60.00 – 2nd class and/or per additional class 
$85.00 – 3 in 1 combo class (ballet/tap/bebop) 

Pay in full option – any student that pays tuition in full for the year, will receive one month free. Dance is 10 months out of the year. Pay in full option must be paid by 7/11/2024. 

Late Fee 

If the card on file is expired or declined and tuition is not paid by the 5th you will be charged a $25.00 late fee. 

Costume Fee 

  • Children’s combo classes: 2 costumes - $180.00 

  • 3 in 1 combo class: $285.00 

  • Hourly Intermediate/ Advanced Classes: $95.00 per costume 

  • Opening: $100.00 

  • Student Assistant: $100.00 

  • Ballet I, II, III, IV & Pointe: $100.00 - $125.00 per costume (depending on costume) 

  • Hip hop shoes: TBA. 

Costume deposit
Cards on file will be charged: 9/16/2024 (1/2 of balance) and remainder of balance: 10/16/2024. 

Alterations
Costumes are not custom made and may need alterations. If alterations are needed this is the responsibility of the parent or guardian of the student to take care of the alterations and their expense. 

Exchanges
In the event that a costume needs to be exchanged, parent or guardian must turn costume in within 7 days of receiving costume. A costume exchange form must be completed and turned in with costume. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Private Lessons 

Private and Semiprivate lessons are available and customized to particular skills of interest. Private lessons can be booked and paid directly to the teacher. 

Recital Fee 

$200 – One Student 
$350 – Two Students 
$450 – Three or more students (same family) 

Recital fee is NON-REFUNDABLE! If you decide to no longer stay at the studio for any reason, you will not be refunded for any payments towards revue fee. 

The following is included in recital fee: rental of venue, equipment, scenery, sound & lights; recital theme t-shirt; downloadable digital recital video, trophy/award and recital dressers/supervisors. Recital expenses will increase this year, but instead of increasing our recital fees, ADA will absorb these expenses, in order to offset the additional expenses, we will no longer offer free tickets to the performances. 

Half of Recital fee will be charged with credit card on file: 1/20/2025 and remaining balance will be charged on 2/20/2025. 

Rehearsal date: May 30th at the Harbor Center in Slidell 

Recital dates: May 31st & June 1st. Times to be announced at a later date. 

Recital Tickets 

  • Recital tickets go on sale approximately 2 weeks before recital date. ADA will use an online ticket service. 

  • All ticket sales will be reserved seating with row & seat number. (No saving seats will be permitted) 

  • Ticket prices range from $20 - $30 per seat/ticket. 

  • As per the Fire Marshal, anyone occupying a seat will require a ticket. Lap children do not require a ticket if they remain on your lap and do not occupy a seat. If a lap child occupies a seat, they will require a ticket.
